In the last post I showed you the emergency power supply in the video and how important it is that Malawi radio broadcasts, because it means not only that God's word is spread, but jobs, income and much more depend on it. The radio is a multiplier.
Often some think how presumptuous it is to get involved in Africa. I see it quite differently. Of course, we cannot save Africa, as little as we can save the climate, as little as we can stop wars, and much more that is impossible for man.
But then what can we do? I firmly believe that we must support each other. Somewhere it says, "Bear one another's burdens. A word from Jesus? From the Gospels? I don't know. But I hear the voice telling me, help in Malawi, help Pastor Killion. I asked him to send this video:
Here he explains once again in his own words what is needed in Malawi and how to help address this shortage.
Pastor Killion needs an emergency power supply for the radio station. The batteries are charged during the time there is electricity and can provide power for up to 18 hours in the event of a power outage. This allows the station to continue broadcasting, people are reached, and yes, money can be made, jobs and income - not only of the operators - are attached to it.
What is somehow taken for granted here in Europe, in Germany, is just being built up here: An infrastructure.
And once again: This is all a private aid project. Those who donate do not get a receipt, everything is simply forwarded to Malawi. And now, as in this case, we need 900000 Malawi Kwatcha, about 900 euros. Once again I am asking for donations. For me alone this is too much. That is why I am asking for help again now. There is no limit down, every Euro helps.
If you want to transfer money to my account at DKB DE72 1203 0000 1065 8028 27 or directly to Pastor Killion via Remitly. At https://cfn-malawi.com/spenden/ you can see how to do this. If you donate directly via Remitly, you could give me as reference, then I get money (15€) which I could use for Malawi.

It is actually fascinating how much or relatively little money can make a difference in Malawi. Who donates, does something good. If you can't donate, please forward this post. Have also started a Paypal donation campaign.
